The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to Trinity College, the shopping district, and plenty of dining options. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a helpful concierge.

(1) The size of the room in relation to its price. (2) The service: tidying up of the unfinished room at 2.30 pm, only one bathrobe for two persons, no shower gel refilled.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions and shopping areas.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city center, including the vibrant Temple Bar area and St Stephen's Park. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the Atrium cafe for a delicious breakfast.

What caught my attention as soon as I entered the hotel was the staff. Incredibly welcoming and professional. polite, says hello to all of you in a warm manner. We felt comfortable right away! Next, room! room, amazing!! Perfectly clean!! Of a space and a decoration as luxurious as it is excellent! We were pleasantly surprised! must was to hear the Television in the bathroom because there were slaps in the ceiling!! Toppissime!!!! to finish, quality of the breakfast and excellent service of the staff of very high quality! stay was from all points of view vriament excellent. cherry on the cake, we left in a limousine when I called for a taxi! What more could you ask for? I looked, I couldn't find it. service was just perfect. Good job!

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the centre of town, surrounded by pubs and shops. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. Plus, the view from the room overlooks a beautiful atrium lounge, adding a touch of elegance to the stay.

At the check poof, they tried to charge me an expense that didn't exist.

Attentive service, prime location for exploring historic Dublin sites. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and the staff were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The Morelands Grill restaurant was a highlight - really good service and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

In fact, the hotel is within walking distance of so many tourist attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The bar at the hotel was a bit cold and the service was slow when we first arrived. However, the service improved when we went back later in the evening.

the room was filled with exclusive amenities and we were impressed by the Jacuzzi in the private facilities. the restaurant served an amazing in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink. the location advantages cannot be overstated as it was right in the heart of the city. the service received was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always at hand to assist with our requests.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of room advantages such as a turn down service. this did not detract from our overall experience as we were only there for a short stay.
